Telangana DCA officials bust fake Quack's clinic in Hyderabad's old city

Hyderabad, Feb 13 (UNI) The officials of Telangana Drugs Control Administration (DCA) have busted a Quack's clinic at Chandrayanagutta in the old city here where huge medicines without any drug licence have been stocked.
On credible information, the officials on Monday raided premises of a quack Imran Khan, who is claiming himself as a ‘Rural Medical Practitioner’ and practising medicine without qualification at his clinic, DCA Director General VB Kamalasan Reddy said in a release here .
During the raid, the DCA officials detected huge stocks of medicines found stocked at the premises without any drug licence. It seized 30 varieties of medicines including antibiotics, analgesics, anti ulcer drugs, antihypertensives, antidiabetics, worth Rs. 1.02 lakh during the raid.
