Telangana govt forms committee to develop eco-tourism circuits in state

Hyderabad, June 22 (UNI) The Congress government has formed a consultative committee to develop eco-tourism circuits in the state.
Chaired by Minister for Forest Konda Surekha, a high-level meeting was held at Secretariat here on Saturday to discuss and enhance the state’s Eco-Tourism policy, focusing on both tourism development and forest protection.
The Committee has identified 40 eco-tourism circuits for phase-I in the state, and the committee will study the eco-tourism circuits in Karnataka and Odisha soon.
