Telangana Govt to launch anti-drug awareness pledge in Schools from June 12

Hyderabad, May 11 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday met Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and briefed him about a state-wide anti-drug awareness initiative to be launched in educational institutions from June 12, coinciding with the reopening of schools.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister informed the Governor that students across the state would take a pledge against tobacco, alcohol, and drug abuse as part of a mass awareness campaign.
He also invited the Governor to attend the pledge ceremony and the distribution of student kits on the reopening day.
