Telangana medical devices park a testament to KCR’s vision: KTR

Hyderabad, Oct 17 (UNI) Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao on Friday inaugurated a new chemistry lab set up by Huwel at the Telangana Medical Devices Park in Sultanpur, calling it a reflection of former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s (KCR) foresight in promoting self-reliance in healthcare manufacturing.
Shantha Biotech Managing Director Varaprasad Reddy, Huwel Managing Director, and the company’s staff were present at the event.
Speaking on the occasion, KTR said the Medical Devices Park was established during the KCR government’s tenure with the vision to reduce dependence on imports and make healthcare affordable.
