Telangana Women’s Commission orders probe into KTR’s remarks against women passengers

Hyderabad, Aug 15 (UNI) Taking suo moto the comments of the BRS Workers President and former Minister K T Rama Rao (KTR) over women passengers, Telangana Women’s Commission on Thursday ordered an inquiry into his comments.
On microblogging platform ‘X’, Commission Chairperson N.Sharada said that KTR’s comments humiliate the women of Telangana.
In a statement, state Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister Danasari Anasuya, aka Seethakka, demanded an ‘unconditional apology’ from KTR for his ‘objectionable’ comments against women using the free bus travel facility in Telangana.
