Television channels line up Dharmendra's memorable films on his 90th birth anniversary

Mumbai, Dec 7 (UNI) An eloquent tribute has been lined up for late Indian film icon Dharmendra on his 90th birth anniversary Monday through a meticulously curated, day-long parade of his most memorable films on leading TV channels.
Dharmendra, the original He-Man of Bollywood, passed away on November 24.
In a celebration designed to honour his stardom, grace, and versatility, Zee Bollywood will devote the day to a 'He-Man Special', revisiting Dharmedra's screen persona through some of his most loved works. At 1:30 pm, "Mera Gaon Mera Desh," featuring him as a reformed hero, will be screened.
This will be followed by the deeply emotional family saga "Batwara," airing at 4:30 pm. "Rajput", which will be beamed at 8 pm, will tell a story of honour, revenge and bravery, and will remind the audience of Dharmendra's iconic masculinity, strength and influence.
Zee Classic, meanwhile, will roll out a nostalgic bouquet of films under the theme 'The Timeless Legend', starting at 6-30 am. This carefully curated list includes films that shaped an entire era with Dharmendra. The evergreen film "Tum Haseen Main Jawan" will air at 7 PM, and the profoundly affecting "Jeevan Mrityu" will be screened at 10 PM.
There will also be several films that demonstrate why Dharmendra is considered one of Hindi cinema's most beloved and influential stars. UNI NST SSP
