Those who looted the state will be put behind bars: Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari

Kolkata, May 18 (UNI) West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Monday said those who looted the state and accumlated property illegally would be sent to jail very soon just like former state minister Sujit Bose.
“All those involved in large-scale corruption and illegal accumulation of property... those who looted the state, will be put behind bars by the BJP government following the legal framework in the nation,” said Adhikari at a public meeting in his south Kolkata constituency Bhabanipur.
Adhikari said he had asked the municipal affairs secretary and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) to investigate the names of four persons over alleged irregularities in property ownership.
