Tirumala: TTD urges devotees not to believe rumours on SRIVANI darshan tickets, says portal fully secure

Tirumala, May 13 (UNI): Amid reports and social media posts alleging irregularities in the booking of SRIVANI Trust darshan tickets, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Wednesday clarified that its online booking system was fully secure and urged devotees not to fall prey to rumours or approach middlemen for tickets.
In a release, TTD stated that the SRIVANI Trust ticket booking system, introduced in May 2019, had undergone significant strengthening from June 2024 onwards based on shortcomings identified in the earlier system as well as suggestions and feedback received from devotees.
According to TTD, the updated booking mechanism was designed to provide transparent and secure services to devotees and the system could not be hacked or intruded upon under any circumstances.
