Tirupati: YOGA brings Good Health and Mental Peace : TTD JEO Sharath

Tirupati, June 17 (UNI) TTD JEO Dr. A. Sharath on Wednesday said that practising yoga daily helps improve physical health, mental peace, confidence, and inner strength.
He inspected the yoga training programme being conducted at SPW Degree College under the "Yoga–TTD Arogyananda" initiative.
The JEO said that a 15-day yoga training programme for TTD employees is being held from June 7 to 21 as per the directions of TTD EO M. Ravichandra and in line with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
