Bombay HC pulls up education officers over TET rejections in minority schools, warns of strict action

Ch. Sambhajinagar, May 12 (UNI) Reiterating that Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) qualification is not mandatory for teachers serving in minority educational institutions, the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court has strongly criticised the functioning of Education Officers for repeatedly rejecting appointment approval proposals on the basis of non-clearance of TET despite earlier judicial directions.
