UAE intercepts 2 Iranian UAVs, says air defences fully active

Abu Dhabi, May 10 (UNI) The United Arab Emirates' Ministry of Defence today said that its air defence systems successfully intercepted and engaged two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) launched from Iran.
The ministry said that since the beginning of what it described as “blatant Iranian attacks”, UAE air defences have intercepted a total of "551 ballistic missiles, 29 cruise missiles and 2,265 UAVs."
Authorities reported that no deaths or injuries occurred in the past several hours.
