Unity of people from Nayadi to Nasranis is need of hour: Vellappally Natesan

Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 18 (UNI) SNDP Yogam General Secretary Vellappally Natesan on Sunday said that the unity of people from Nayadi to Nasranis is the need of the hour in the present socio-political situation in Kerala .
Speaking to the media in Alappuzha, Vellappally said earlier the slogan was 'from Nayadi to Namboothiri', but in the present situation, it has to be changed to "from Nayadi to Nasrani " to include the Christian community in that collaboration
He said that the idea is receiving great support and even Christians from America have come to see him and offered to help. He claimed that the Christian community is currently facing a great deal of hardship and fear, and that many people, although not saying it publicly, are coming to him to share their grievances

Chennai, Feb 17 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Finance Minister Thangam Thenarasu today presented the Interim Budget for 2026-27
with a revenue deficit of Rs. 48,696.32 crore in the state assembly
Since the state is all set to face the assembly elections in two months, the DMK government presented the Interim Budget
and the full budget would be presented after the next government assume office.
