UP assembly restores membership of Mukhtar Ansari's son Abbas Ansari

Lucknow, Sep 8 (UNI) Mafia late Mukhtar Ansari's elder son and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) MLA from Mau, Abbas Ansari's membership in the Legislative Assembly was restored today.
In compliance with the Allahabad High Court's order, Principal Secretary, Legislative Assembly, Pradeep Kumar Dubey issued an order to restore his membership.
On May 31, the local court sentenced Mau MLA Abbas Ansari to two years in a criminal case, after which his membership of the Legislative Assembly was terminated.
