UP govt launches plan to train 30K youth in solar energy sector

Lucknow, Apr 24 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government has launched a new plan to train and employ 30,000 youth in the solar energy sector in order to help them become self-reliant in the future by 2027, official sources said here on Thursday.
Sources said the initiative is being carried out by the UP New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA), in collaboration with the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NIMSME) and the Union Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
"The initiative is equipping youth across the state with solar technology skills to help them become self-reliant in the future," they said.

Punjab CM reiterates zero tolerance policy against corruption
