Venezuela announces closure of embassy in Norway post Oslo's Nobel handover to opposition leader Machado

Caracas/Oslo, Oct 14 (UNI) Venezuela has announced the closure of its embassy in Norway, just days after opposition leader María Corina Machado received the Nobel Peace Prize.

Norway's foreign ministry confirmed the move, noting that Venezuela had given no official reason, though it's largely being seen as part of a politically charged response to Machado being given the Nobel Peace Prize, as per reports.
