Vipul Organics Limited Partners with Global Specialty Materials Leader OMYA for Exclusive European Distribution of Pigments

Mumbai, June 11 ( UNI) Vipul Organics Limited, a leading specialty chemicals company in the pigments and dyes segment announced a strategic, exclusive distribution partnership with the Swiss-based, multi-billion $, privately held, Omya Group, a global leader in the production of industrial minerals and the distribution of specialty chemicals.
Under this exclusive distribution agreement, Omya will act as the sole distributor for the SunTone® and SunCoat® range of Vipul Organics’ high-performance pigment dispersions and pigment powders across the European market. This includes distribution rights across United Kingdom, Norway, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North-Macedonia, Albania, and Moldova, except in Switzerland and Poland, a release stated on Thursday.
The SunTone® range is used in applications ranging from Paint, Ink, Plastic, Textile and Rubber industry to automotive coatings and industrial paints. The SunCoat® range is used in paints and coatings and has applications in Interior, Exterior and Decorative Coatings, Paper Coatings, Seed Coatings, Detergents - Coloration of liquid & solid soaps, Shoe Polish and Artistic,Educational Colours, said release.
This collaboration leverages the distinct strengths of both organization, the release noted.
