Adani Ports & spl Ecoomic Zone Q2FY26 net profit jumps 29 pc to Rs 3,120 Cr

Visakhapatnam, Nov 4 (UNI) Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ), an Integrated Transport Utility, on Tuesday reported a 29 percent jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 3,120 crore for the second quarter ending September 30, 2025 as against Rs 2,413 crore in the corresponding period in FY25.
Consoliated revenue during the period surged 30 per cent to Rs 9,167 crore as against Rs 7,067 crore in Q2FY25, the company said in a release.
Of the total revenues during the period, revenue from Logistics jumped nearly double to Rs 1,055 crores from Rs 588 crore in Q2FY25 while Logistics’ revenue during the period also witnessed a major jump at Rs 641 crore against Rs 190 crore in Q2FY25.
Commenting on the company’s performance, Ashwani Gupta, Whole-time Director & CEO, said

Logistics and Marine businesses have continued their exponential growth trajectory, further reinforcing our port-gate to customer-gate offering, he said. that our vision of becoming an Integrated Transport Utility is taking shape at an accelerated pace. "
The strategic expansion of our multi-modal capabilities-from our growing network of 12 logistics parks and 3.1 million sq. ft. of warehouses to our expanding trucking fleet and international freight services-demonstrates how we are creating a seamless supply chain ecosystem," he said.
"The ongoing expansion of our port capacities and our 127-vessel marine fleet across the MEASA1 region, with foray into West Africa waters, position us as a genuine integrated player in the global supply chain," he added.
With a current cargo handling capacity of 633 million tonnes per annum, APSEZ commands around 28 percent of India's total port volumes, targeting 1 billion tonnes throughput by 2030.
