New Delhi, July 31 (ANI) DMK MP Tiruchi Siva has submitted a notice seeking Suspension of Business in the Rajya Sabha today, under rule 267 (Notice of motion for suspension of rules), to discuss issues pertaining to Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar.
“To discuss the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar, which raises concerns about the disenfranchisement of citizens and threatens universal adult franchise in the country,” he wrote.
