ECI to host National Conference of State Election Commissioners after 25-year hiatus


‎New Delhi, Feb 4 (UNI) The Election Commission of India (ECI) will host a National Conference of State Election Commissioners (SECs) on February 24, bringing together election authorities from across the country for the first such national-level interaction in over 25 years.
The conference will be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, and is expected to see participation from SECs of all States and union Territories, the poll panel said in a press note on Wednesday. ‎
