Madhur Bhandarkar wraps up shooting for 'The Wives'

Mumbai, Feb 4 (UNI) Bollywood filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has completed the shooting of his upcoming film "The Wives".
The film features an ensemble cast led by Sonali Kulkarni, Mouni Roy, Regina Cassandra, Rahul Bhatt, Saurabh Sachdeva, Arjan Bajwa and Freddy Daruwala.
Bhandarkar said, "'The Wives' is a story that looks beyond the spotlight and into the personal lives that are often overshadowed by fame. It explores relationships, ambition, insecurity and emotional survival in a world driven by image and success. I wanted to tell this story with honesty and sensitivity, and I am thankful to my cast and crew for bringing so much to the screen."
Producer Pranav Jain of PJ Motion Pictures also spoke about the collaboration, calling his association with Bhandarkar creatively fulfilling. He noted the director’s rare ability to present complex human stories in a relatable way, describing The Wives as bold, thought-provoking, and emotionally driven cinema that will resonate with audiences who appreciate meaningful storytelling.
Produced by Bhandarkar Entertainment in association with PJ Motion Pictures, "The Wives" marks Bhandarkar's second collaboration with Jain after "India Lockdown" and has now entered post-production. UNI NST SSP
