Majhi condemns burning of Biju Babu’s statue, instructs Police to take strong action

Bhubaneswar, Apr 15 (UNI) Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed deep sorrow over the burning of the statue of the great public figure Biju Patnaik in Patnagarh, Balangir district, and strongly condemned the incident.
Stating that the person involved in this act must be a coward and of a sick mentality, the Chief Minister said that the police have been instructed to take strict action in the matter.
So far, one person has been arrested in connection with the incident.
