Meghalaya govt effects bureaucratic reshuffle after LS poll

Shillong, June 24 (UNI) The Meghalaya government on Monday effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle by issuing transfers and posting orders for several senior officers after the Lok Sabha polls.
The government re-appointed Rosetta Mary Kurbah as Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills district, replacing the incumbent S C Sadhu, who was appointed during the Lok Sabha elections.
Sadhu has been transferred as Secretary of Community and Rural Development, Fisheries etc.
