Rentokil PCI acquires HiCare to set new standards in Pest Control Industry

Hyderabad, Apr 2 (UNI) Rentokil PCI is the leading pest control service provider in India, on Tuesday announced it has acquired HiCare Services Pvt. Ltd., a hygiene and pest management company via a share purchase deal.
A Rentokil Initial brand, Rentokil PCI, was formed in 2017 through a joint venture (JV) between Pest Control India, the leading pest control company in India, and Rentokil, the world’s leading pest control brand.
This strategic alliance underscores Rentokil’s commitment to invest deeply within the Indian market, the company said in a release.
Facilitated through a share purchase deal, this acquisition includes HiCare’s customers, people and assets of the company propelling both entities towards sustained growth, innovation, and an optimistic future.
