AP: Trough runs from Marathwada to South Tamil Nadu: Met

Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh), Apr 19 (UNI) The trough/wind discontinuity now runs from Marathwada to south Tamil Nadu across Interior Karnataka at 0.9 km above mean sea level, Meteorological Centre said on Friday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that lower tropospheric Southerly/ South-westerly winds prevail over Andhra Pradesh and Yanam.
Heatwave conditions are likely to prevail at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 24 hours.
