Awareness Meet for Auto drivers on traffic safety regulations

Kakinada, Aug 19 (UNI) As many as 200 auto drivers attended the mega awareness Meet on traffic safety regulations conducted by the city Traffic police at the Bhavani function hall here on Friday.
Traffic DSP Padala Muralikrishna Reddy and Traffic Inspector Chaithanya Krishna have explained the auto drivers on the precautions to be taken while driving the vehicle to ensure safety of passengers as well the road users .
They advised them to strictly observe the traffic rules and regulations ,avoiding over loading and over speeding and warned of the dangers involved in drunken drive, driving of vehicles that have no fitness .The auto drivers were advised on facing penal action for wrong parking and traffic challans for violations .
