Agra (UP), Apr 22 (UNI) Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday emphasised the cultural significance of the Braj region with its deep-rooted connection to the revered Giriraj Maharaj and the Lord Krishna Kanhaiya and said that after Ayodhya and Kashi, it was Braj's turn for a face lift.
Addressing a election rally in Kirawali to seek votes for BJP Kisan Morcha's national president sitting MP from Fatehpur Sikri and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Rajkumar Chahar, the CM said, "Ayodhya and Kashi have achieved their targets and now, its Braj's turn. No one will be able to deprive you of development. An airport is being built in Agra while Ganga water is also available to the residents of the city."
He denounced the actions of Congress, Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) accusing them of jeopardizing citizens' safety by cosying up to mafia elements and appeasing criminals.
