Badal welcomes former Punjab Pradesh Congress chief in SAD

Chandigarh, April 22 (UNI) Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Badal on Monday welcomed former Punjab Pradesh Congress chief Mohinder Singh Kaypee into his party fold.
He said Kaypee, who is also a three time MLA, is known as an upright man who has made an immense contribution to civil society as well as the Dalit Samaj.
The Akali Dal will be strengthened in the entire Doaba region. I’m sure he will be a worthy candidate from the Jalandhar (reserved) seat. UNI GS SSP
