BJP nominee Debashis Dhar will come out clear and contest election from Birbhum : Shamik

Kolkata, apr 26 (UNI) BJP spokesperson Shamik Bhattacharya on Friday expressed confidence that party candidate Debashis Dhar will come out clear and contest the election from Birbhum Lok Sabha seat.
Earlier today the DM Birbhum rejected the nomination of the former SP owing to alleged 'no dues' certification in the nomination form.
Bhattacharya claimed a Supreme Court verdict on April 9 last in a case of Arunachal Pradesh candidate clearly said such 'no dues' certification is not mandatory in the case of contestant.
