Case against cops for targetting RSS man

Bhopal, Sep 26 (UNI) A case of attempt to murder has been registered against an additional superintendent of police and three other personnel for severely injuring a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh pracharak.
“Addl SP Rajesh Sharma, Station House Officer (SHO) Zia-ul-Haq, Sub-Inspector Anil Ajmeriya and Assistant SI Suresh Vijaywar allegedly targetted Suresh Yadav at Baihar Police Station. Barring Sharma, the other officials were placed under suspension,” SP Asit Yadav told UNI over phone.
Last night, some persons lodged a complaint against Yadav vis-à-vis an ‘objectionable’ comment made public via a smartphone service. The SHO brought Yadav to the Police Station and the foursome assaulted him. Yadav was referred to Jabalpur.
