Constitutional crisis in AP: Dr Chinta Mohan

Tirupati, Jan 23 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh was heading towards a constitutional crisis as the conflict between State Election Commission and AP government was cascading into a street battle , says Dr Chinta Mohan, Former Union Minister and Special Invitee to CWC from AP.

In a statement here on Saturday, Dr Chinta Mohan said lack of administrative experience had led to the present crisis as YSRCP leaders had completely usurped even constitutional rights of bureaucrats.
