Mullanpur, April 19 (UNI) In a thrilling encounter between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians in the 33rd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, Punjab Kings' batsman Ashutosh Sharma's remarkable batting performance has earned him accolades from Mumbai Indians' Suryakumar Yadav.
Ashutosh Sharma, who considers Suryakumar and Glenn Maxwell as his idols, showcased his exceptional talent with a stunning innings of 61 runs off just 28 balls. His innings included two fours and seven towering sixes, displaying his prowess with the bat.
Despite Ashutosh's brilliant efforts, Punjab fell short in their chase, posting a total of 183 runs, eventually losing the match by nine runs to Mumbai.
