New emerging technologies will define world: ISRO Chairman

Sri Sathya Sai District (Andhra Pradesh), Nov 22 (UNI) ISRO Chairman Somanath S, on Tuesday said the future will see a fusion of many of the new emerging technologies that will define the world.
Addressing the students in his convocation speech after paying homage to Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai and participating in the 41st convocation of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) here, asked the students to reflect upon all they have learned and to make an effort to assess their transformation as they receive their degrees.
Speaking on the role of technology in changing India’s socio-economic landscape, he said while the electronics and IT revolution has shaped the past few years till now, the future will see a fusion of many of the new emerging technologies that will define the world.
