Preparation completed for conducting a free, fair, and peaceful election- D C

Dharamshala Apr 2 ( UNI) Deputy Commissioner Kàngra Hem Raj Bairwa on Tuesday said all preparations have been completed on time by the police and administration to conduct free, fair, and peaceful elections.
He said the police are fully alert and keeping a close watch on every activity. Despite this, security arrangements will be further strengthened in the border areas.
He inspected the police checkposts and hyper-sensitive polling stations bordering Punjab in the Indora Assembly constituency and took stock of the election preparations made by the police and administration.
He also visited border areas including inspecting Dhangu Peer police post, Majra, Milwan, Toki, Bhadroa, and Kathgarh checkposts. he also visited three hyper-sensitive polling stations in Lodhwan, one in Bhadroa and took stock of the preparations available there.
The Deputy Commissioner also met the Panchayat representatives and people of Mazra and Veli Panchayat. He sought the cooperation of Panchayat representatives and people in making people aware to increase the voting percentage.
The Deputy Commissioner inspected the stock of the liquor factory at Raja Khasa and checked the records. He also directed the management to maintain proper records of daily stock and sales. He also inspected the Gun Factory in the Industrial Area of Malot and checked the stock.
The Deputy Commissioner participated in the voter awareness campaign programme being run by the administration and honored the participants by giving them prizes.
He called upon the youths to participate enthusiastically in the great festival of democracy and also motivated other people to ensure their participation in the voting.
