BIS seizes M/s Sri Sai Ganesh Rock Tools in Hyderabad for using spurious BIS standard

Hyderabad, Mar 27 (UNI) The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Hyderabad Branch Office, conducted a raid on Wednesday, resulting in the seizure of M/s Sri Sai Ganesh Rock Tools located near Outer Ring Road in Vijayawada, Pedda Amberpet, Hyderabad.

The raid was conducted after the discovery that the company was selling UPVC pipes bearing spurious BIS Standard ISI marks.
