Maharashtra CM Shinde pays homage to former minister Meenakshi Patil

Kolhapur, Raigad, Apr 5 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Friday paid homage to late state minister Meenakshi Patil, saying she showed how an ideal public representative should be.
Shinde, who visited Pezari of Raigad district during the day to pay homage to Patil, a senior leader of Peasant and Workers Party, who passed away recently, said the late politician had taken the initiative to fulfil issues of the people.
He said the state would miss a personality, who, after taking up a task, never rested until it was done.
