Kyiv guilty of attacks on ZNPP: Russia, Syria at IAEA meeting

Moscow, Apr 12 (UNI) Russia and Syria, at the meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (ZNPP) on Thursday, directly called Ukraine guilty of the attacks on the plant, and other participants refrained from doing so, Russian Permanent Representative to International Organisations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov said.

"Ukraine was directly called the guilty party, of course, by us, since we know about it 100 per cent, and by our Syrian friends, the permanent representative of Syria. Others, in conditions where there is no official conclusion on the guilt of the Ukrainians by the IAEA, avoided this moment.
