Three people attack police station in Yerevan, 2 injured by own grenade - Reports

Yerevan, Mar 24 (UNI) Three people tried to attack a police station in Yerevan's Nor-Nork district on Sunday and two of them were wounded by a hand grenade they threw, Armenian Interior Ministry spokesman Narek Sargsyan said.
"Today, at about 05:00 p.m. [13:00 GMT], three armed men tried to break into the Nor-Nork police station and detonated a grenade. As a result of the grenade they used, two of them [the attackers] were wounded and taken to a medical facility," Sargsyan told reporters.
The third member of the group remains outside the building with a grenade, and attempts are being made to disarm him, the spokesman said. Preliminary information suggests no police officers have been injured, he added.
