Mumbai, Oct 6 (UNI) Actor Aditya Pancholi and his family will have to vacate a bungalow in Juhu where they were staying on rent since 1960 for Rs 150 a month, as their landlady has won a three-decade long legal battle, sources said. The Bombay High Court rejected all the arguments put forth by the Pancholis to avoid losing rights to tenancy. They had apparently approached three different courts in the last three decades and lost the cases and are hence contemplating to approach the Supreme Court now. Tarabai Hate, the owner of the bungalow, had filed a suit in July 1977 under the Bombay Rents, Hotel, Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947 after Pancholis failed to pay three months' rent. The letters of communications were exchanged between Aditya's father Rajan and the owner, sources added. UNI RB NV AE AS
