Pansare murder case: PP Nimbalkar demands to cancel bail of Dr Tavade

Kolhapur, Apr 23 (UNI) Special public prosecutor Harashad Nimbalkar on Tuesday demanded to cancel bail of main accused in senior CPI leader Govind Pansare murder case, Dr Virendra Tavade, as there is sufficient evidence against him.
During the hearing in court of Additional Sessions Judge S S Tambe, he argued that all material evidences presented before the court suggest that Dr Tavade was the mastermind behind the murder of Pansare.
Hence, the court should cancel the bail granted to him by the district court in 2018, he further argued.
