Paranjape Constructions enters affordable housing segment

Mumbai, Dec 1 (UNI) Paranjape Constructions Limited, one of the leading developers in Pune, today announced its entry into the affordable housing segment under the new brand -- ‘Happiness Hub’.
Its chairman Shrikant Paranjape told reporters here today that the first project under this brand will come up at Varwe, a fast emerging residential destination in Pune.
The ticket size of the apartments in this project will range from Rs 10.35 lakh to Rs 25 lakh during the period of the launch, he said.
He said, ''We are happy to announce this new project coming up at Varwe near Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza on Mumbai-Bengaluru bypass. This project will give a fillip to the affordable housing space catering to the needs of the people looking at buying cost-effective homes. The project is coming up in an area that is witnessing a new era of development.''
'Happiness Hub' is significantly a large project consisting of a saleable area approximately of 1.28 million sq ft, he said and pointed that this housing project will comprise of 2,000 units in total of types 1-Room Kitchen, 1-BHK and 2-BHK apartments and commercial units.
The project is strategically located about 23 km from Deccan Gymkhana and is well connected to Pune main city, Satara, Kolhapur and Sangli by the Mumbai-Bengaluru bypass, he said.
This location is an upcoming and developing area with many small and large scale industries and manufacturing industries are being set up in the surrounding areas, he added
