Special pujas held in Manatralyam to mark 349th Sri Raghavendra Swami Aaradhna

Raichur, Aug 5 (UNI) Special pujas were held at the Brindavan of Sri Raghavendra Swami Mutt at Mantralayam on the border of Andhra Pradesh, to mark the 349th Madhya Aradhana Mahotsava of Sri Raghavendra Swami on Wednesday, amid lockdown adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines.
The week-long aradhana began on August 2 and will conclude on August 8. The present peethadhipati of the mutt, Sri Subudhendra Tirtha Swami, led a team of priests to perform pujas to Moola Brindavan by conducting panchamruthabhishekam.
Later, he offered puja to Moola Rama. On Wednesday, the Moola Brindavan was cleaned with holy water and the paada puja of Sri Raghavendra Swami with Panchamrutha was also held.
