Patna, Apr 18 (UNI) Stage is set for polling in the first phase of Lok Sabha elections in four seats of Bihar, where 76,01,629 electorate will exercise their franchise from 7 a.m. on Friday amid elaborate security arrangements to decide the fate of 38 candidates, including former Chief Minister Jeetan Ram Manjhi.
Four Lok Sabha seats where polling would be held are: Aurangabad, Gaya (reserved), Jamui (reserved), and Nawada.
A total of 76,01,629 electorates, including 39,63,223 male voters, will exercise their franchise at 7,903 polling stations.
