Thane court grants transit remand to 2 aides of slain gangster Dubey

Thane, Jul 13 (UNI) A court here on Monday granted transit remand for four days to two aides of slain gangster Vikas Dubey, who were arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad from Thane city last week on Friday night.
The duo -- Arvind Trivedi alias Guddan (45) and his driver Sushilkumar Tiwari alias Sonu (30), who are currently lodged in the judicial custody, were on Monday produced before the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Ms A B Kadian by the Uttar Pradesh Police, seeking their transit remand.
Appearing for the duo, advocates Anil Jadhav and Zia Shaikh told the court that the duo was not present at the time of the incident at the village and they had no role in the said incident.
