TN govt prohibits direct consumption of liquid nitrogen with food items

Chennai, Apr 26 (UNI) The Tamil Nadu government has prohibited using Liquid Nitrogen for direct consumption along with food items like biscuit, ice creams, wafer biscuits etc.
The liquid nitrogen should be fully evaporated from the food or drinks before serving, an official release here on Friday said.
The government's move followed healthcare experts and professionals raising concerns on use
