Kenya's Achol targets record-breaking performance at TCS World 10K Bengaluru

Bengaluru, April 26 (UNI) Emmaculate Anyango Achol, a distinguished athlete representing Kenya and currently ranked as the second-fastest woman runner in the 10K category, is poised to leave her mark on Bengaluru's challenging terrain as she gears up for the upcoming TCS World 10K Bengaluru event.
In a press interaction held in Bengaluru on Friday, Achol outlined her ambitions with clarity, expressing her unwavering determination to deliver an exceptional performance on race day to the existing event record.
"While I aim is to break the event record, my primary focus remains on giving my absolute best performance," stated Achol, underscoring her adaptability to the varying weather conditions that may prevail during the race. As a seasoned professional athlete, Achol highlighted the importance of being prepared to excel in any environment.
