Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Chief Priest passes away

Lucknow, Feb 12 (UNI) Chief priest of Shri Ram temple Acharya Satyendra Kumar Das passed away at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) here on Wednesday.
He was about 87 years old. Acharya Das was recently admitted to SGPGI due to brain haemorrhage, where he breathed his last at around 7 am. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has condoled the death of Shri Das.
He posted on X, "The death of Acharya Shri Satyendra Kumar Das Ji Maharaj, the chief priest of Param Ram Bhakt, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Shri Ayodhya Dham, is extremely sad and an irreparable loss to the spiritual world. Humble tributes. I pray to Lord Shri Ram to give a place to the departed soul at his lotus feet and give strength to the bereaved disciples and followers to bear this immense sorrow. Om Shanti."

NABARD sanctions Rs 937 24 cr for 152 projects to J&K Govt

Jammu, Apr 2 (UNI) The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), Jammu and Kashmir has sanctioned Rs 937.24 crore for 152 projects to the government of Jammu and Kashmir during the financial year 2024-25, of which 21 projects pertain to Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department amounting to Rs 101.09 crore,
The Chief General Manager, NABARD, Jammu, Bhallamudi Sridhar, informed that during the financial year 2024-25, the bank has sanctioned Rs 937.24 crore for 152 projects to Govt. of J&K UT, of which 21 projects pertains to Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Department amounting to Rs 101.09 crore, 92 projects amounting to Rs 529.39 crore for Rural Road connectivity.
