New Delhi, Jan 12 (UNI) Noting that Supreme Court has ordered suspension of implementation of the laws temporarily, the All India Kisan Sabha National General Secretary Atul Anjan on Tuesday said that the Government must repeal these laws and need to understand that the farmers as well as people of India are opposed to these controversial farm laws.
He further said that suspending the implementation of the laws as an interim measure was welcomed but the farmer unions have not been asking for this solution, given the fact that the implementation can be reinstated at any time.
“The Supreme Court has formed a committee in its own wisdom and farmer unions have nothing much to say on this. Farmer unions reiterated that they will not participate in any such committee process”, Mr Anjan said.
