New Delhi, Jun 29 (UNI) A photo of Chief Justice Arvind Bobde was doing rounds on social media on Monday, in which he was seen sitting astride on a Harley Davidson limited edition bike.
According to sources, the picture of the CJI with 'Limited Edition CVO 2020' was taken in Pune, while he was visiting his home town during summer vacation.
In a recent interview, the CJI has expressed his fascination for bikes and said that he owned a Bullet once.
The picture received mixed response among the Netizens.
While many were surprised to see the CJI of a super bike, others wondered why he was not wearing a mask amid the ongoing pandemic.
Many pointed out his pose without a helmet and some alleged the bike belonged to a BJP leader’s son in Nagpur.
It was also shared on Twitter page of ‘Bar & Bench’ along with a caption that read, “Chief Justice of India SA Bobde trying out Harley Davidson Limited edition CVO 2020.”
