New Delhi, Apr,26(UNI) A Delhi Court on Friday dismissed the application of former Wrestling Federation of India Chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh seeking further probe in the matter related to alleged sexual harassment case lodged against him.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Priyanka Rajpoot after the hearing dismissed the application of Sharan Singh and listed the matter to May, 7 for deciding the issue of charge.
Counsel for Singh after moving the application submitted that he was not in the country on the date when the offence of harassment was alleged.
