Suspicious IED detected, defused in Handwara

Srinagar, Apr 9 (UNI) A suspected Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was detected and defused by security forces in Handwara sub-district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday, officials said.

They said a suspicious object was found in Hafruda village on the Wadder Hafruda road by the road opening party of the forces during the routine sanitization exercise .
